Does anybody have a database of standard IC (74xxx) part symbols?  One of
our researchers here would like to write a CAD system for doing PC boards.
We need to have data showing what each part looks like on the schematic 
and the physical location of each pin.

Any and all pointers to this type of information would be appreciated.
None of our usual sources have been able to help us at all.
