9:00 /usr/group Technical Committee General Meeting

1.  Administrative issues
2.  Summary for new attendees
3.  Presentation of an interface proposal for the knowledgeable
    network application.

      A proposal has been submitted which consists of four routines:
      pni_ open, pni_ close, pni_ reqst, and pni_ event.  Pni_ open is
      used to create a service access point.  Pni_ close is used to
      destroy a service access point.  Pni_ reqst is used to request
      a network service.  Pni_ event is used to accept network event
      indication(s).  The proposal will be explained and discussed
      in detail.  The major purpose of this portion of the meeting
      will be to understand how the interface will operate.

1.  Continuation of discussion on the interface proposal.

      This meeting will assume familiarity with the proposal
      presented on the first day.  This discussion will center
      on 1) does this proposal meet our goals, 2) can we improve
      upon it, and 3) alternate ideas may be presented for
      discussion.
