The difference it makes is that the University of California is a
responsible system and charges money for accounts.  They
verify ability to pay.  This is not chinet where anyone can post
anything unless they offend Randy, and no verification is required.

I'm interested in that check you are supossed to have sent Randy
for contributor status with usenet access.  How do you get checks
that don't have your address on them?  Do other people accept them,
or only Randy?

Had you been a woman, or even anyone but Bill Vajk, you'd have
proven me wrong a year ago.  It wouldn't have taken you more than
a few phone calls.  That somebody so intent on attacking me and
proving me wrong, will spend so many hours ineffectually posting
psychotic garbage, when a few phone calls would accomplish their
objective in no time at all, defies logic.  C'mon.  I'm only human.
I've been wrong before.  I could be wrong this time.  You've had a
year to prove me wrong, and haven't bothered to do so.
Of course, if you *are* Bill Vajk, you aren't going to prove me wrong
because you can't.
