And cigarettes and alcohal and guns of all type, especially handguns. If attacked, you would not defend yourself. If about to be raped, you would not defend yourself. You are a member of a volunteer fire department. If all this and lots more of the same are not true, then you are a TYPICAL ANTI-CHOICE HYPOCRITICAL LYING ASSHOLE. If they are true, you are either a five year old or a PSYCHOTIC FANATIC. No right is paramount. A life without liberty and the ability to pursue happiness is not worth calling a "human life". :-[ The religious "backing" that I feel my opinion holds came much later, on :-[ net.abortion, as a matter of fact, when some people made the claim :-[ that anti-abortion and Christianity are not compatable.
