Collins, Colorado, USA Lines: 36 Approved: reid@decwrl.dec.com OLIVE-PUFFS(A) USENET Cookbook OLIVE-PUFFS(A) HOT OLIVE CHEESE PUFFS OLIVE-PUFFS - Delicious hot appetizers INGREDIENTS (Makes about 25 puffs) 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated 3 Tbsp soft butter 1/2 cup flour 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp paprika 25 olives (approx) PROCEDURE (1) Blend cheese with butter. (2) Add flour, salt, paprika. Mix well. (3) Dry olives. Wrap a spoonful of dough around each and seal well. (4) Bake at 400 deg. F for 15 minuntes. NOTES You can freeze the unbaked cheese puffs on a cookie sheet and then store them in the freezer in a plastic bag. RATING Difficulty: easy. Time: 30 minutes preparation, 15 minutes baking.
