	That's got to be one of the silliest explanations I've seen.  As
we all know, AT&T hasn't been in the "dial-tone" business for 4 years now.
Go ahead and ring up your long distance bill, please!  But why would Jim
Olsen care how much you pay your local Baby Bell?   :-)
