In the the article they mentioned 3 files: WORLD.DAT contains 6000 coordinates (non-ascii). CARTOG.PAS generates the map. CPLOT.PAS sends the map to a plotter. I believe that they're all PD, but unfortunatly (for me) only availible on BIX and BYTEnet. I'm not a member of these nets, so I would greatly appreciate it if anyone out there could email the files to me. (I'm using elm if it makes any difference).
