In particular, mention is made of a compiler for 4.1 bsd available from the University of Cambridge Computing Laboratory - I know nothing about whether this is still available. There is also the DECWRL compiler. University departments can obtain Mike Powell's compiler providing they have a UNIX source licence. When I looked a couple of years back the fee was $100 US. I believe the DECWRL compiler formed the basis for Modula-2+ which was used in building the Firefly project at DEC. I hope one of these leads will help ... Grant Guenther, Dept. of Comp.
