Here I go plugging TurboPower Software again.  I promise, I really don't
work for these guys!  I just think they put out good stuff.

Anyway, TurboPower has a version of TDebug for Turbo Pascal 4.0.  I haven't
used it, but the original TDebug was pretty good.  Keep in mind that Borland
claims their new debugger will blow everything else (including Microsoft's
CodeView) away.  Whether this is true, and how long we'll have to wit to
find out, remains to be seen.
