Can an Adobe BDF file be downloaded into a postscript printer directly
or does it have to be converted into one of their user bitmap font
formats first? The docs seem to indicate it's only a distribution
format for tape, but I figured it was worth asking. If it can be
downloaded can someone either give me a reference or a good hint
as to how (ie. how it's wrapped with PS commands.)
