It is supposed to be a 30 MB ST-238R with an ST-11R RLL controller. I am aware that the original driver will most probably need some fixes before Minix will run but what I am most interested in, is if and how I can install MS-DOS so that later on I can install Minix without having to re-format and re-partition the whole disk. Also, I understood that something has to be done about an MS-DOS partition before a Minix file system can be installed. To cut a long story short, I am novice hard-disk user and any advise on how to install Minix is welcome. My PC is a clone running a V20 at 8 MHz with 640 K memory. Oh, yeah. Is it wise to have more than one Minix partition on the disk? Many thanks, Berend Jan Beugel (beugel@cs.vu.nl). "That's all folks." (Tex Avery)
