Something somewhere within ...ACS.ASHINGTON.EDU is receiving failed mailings and
 retransmitting them to the info-vax list! I expect it is intended to retransmit
 only to sites within  ACS.WASHINGTON . I've received umpteen 'undeliverable mail'
 items in the last few days from this source all of which ( at least those I
 checked ) also arrived as 'normal' mailings!
WASHINGTON, please do something about this before a lot of patient people lose
 that patience.
