Regarding the anxiety over RSX systems on a Phase V network, I seem to recall
a recent announcement that DECnet/RSX has been upgraded to Phase IV.
Presumably DECSAs and TOPS-20 MCBs will get the upgraded RSX image before
the ax falls....  (It could be worse.  DECnet incarnations also exist on
RT-11 and OS-8(?), and I haven't heard anything about them lately.)
