Interlan cards were handled by Lanpar out of Toronto, we bought several cards a fe years ago. I found though that repairs would take six months (or more), they would ship cards halfway around the world, loose them find them, loose them again. I think you would be better off contacting the US parent company directly, since there is no software expertise to mention at the Canadian distributor.
