This is probably in the wrong news group but, ... I need some pointers to 
image processing hardware/software that will run on any or all of: Sun, Mac II,
or PC/AT and compatibles.  By image processing I mean operating on a image to
extract features in the image.  The usable feature set would be used in a
control loop to position a robot, laser pointing device.
