Folks wishing to obtain the most recent public domain version of
ISODE might consider sending mail to Marshall Rose, who was
deeply involved with its development.  I believe there are FTP-able
versions.  Marshall, whose email address is mrose@twg.arpa, could
certainly tell interested parties where to obtain the package.
