I need some help.  I work at Northern Telecom in Minnesota.  I am embarking
on a project to implement Berkeley's socket and protocol stuff into our
version of Unix V.2.  In reading over some literature, I found a reference
to a paper by R. F. Gurwitz entitled "VAX-UNIX Networking Support Project -
Implementation Description."  Can someout out there please tell me how I
can get a copy of this (and other things which may be of assistance to me)?
