Lines: 22 Keywords: Programmer,Productivity,Workstations I am trying to justify the purchase of workstations for each programmer at this site. Does anyone have any studies that show how much a workstation can increase productivity for a programmer? By workstation, I mean a computer with a high resolution monitor with some sort of windowing environment and the ability to do more than one thing at a time (multi-tasking). Examples of this are the Sun 3/50 and Apollo DN3000 systems.
