I've installed the lvi (Learner's vi) package that was recently posted 
in comp.sources.misc. When executed my vi puts up a message "too much
macro text" apparently complaining about the length of the lvi.map
file. Is there any way to a) shorten lvi.map b) make vi allow more
macro text?
