I unshared all the kits from Perl 1.0 and added all the
patches upto #20. Then I ran Configure and added -Ml to
both the additional cc and ld flags. 

When I type in make it starts like so:

12% make
	cc -c -Ml -O arg.c

Fatal error in /lib/back
Status 0213
*** Error Code -117
Stop.

Pertinent facts: I am running Microport System V/AT 2.2.0L.
