Does anybody have, or have leads to, a cross-assembler for the 2650
microprocessor?  We need to be able to reprogram the EPROMS on our
serial I/O controllers (whenever you change baud rate the EPROMS
drop DTR (amongst other annoyances).  ARGH!).  Please help us!

In order of preference:

	1) Public domain source in C.
	2) Public domain source for a reasonable meta-assembler.
	3) Minimal fee source in C.
	4) a MSDOS binary...
