In Zen terms, you were looking at the finger when I was pointing at the moon. You really ought to look into Zen. It's educational. Anyway, I was trying for a bit of humor, OK? The problem is that AmigaDOS is not very reliable. Part of the problem is the (insert expletive of choice) one-sector per track arrangement. Yes, I know there are 11 "sectors" per track. They're purely a software effect. From the point of view of the hardware it's one sector. I don't claim to know all the details of why it's not reliable, but I'd like to just ask one thing...
