Lines: 18 In my humble opinion, the best are (in this order): Technical advice: BIX and USENET PD programs: People/Link, GEnie and USENET If you have access to BIX & People/Link you have all you need, since everything else that doesn't originate there will eventually find its way there. They also keep mondo archives (BIX for discussion and PLINK for files) unlike USENET or your small BBSs.
