Never lost a single bit on my floppies in the half a year I had my
machine - I had to use disk doctor once, but later on there was no
problem with the data on that disk - I silly head did not even bother
to reinstall it. The floppies even gets lots of tobacco, and flying
ashes - no problem - safe as a train.
