With help from Applied Engineering, the problem has been resolved. It turns out that I had a bad cable assembly in the drive. AE indicated that they are aware of several bad cable assemblies in their early 5.25" drive systems for the Transporter. If you hear of similar problems, AE can help you resolve it. New subject: PC Transporter will work with Kermit out to a modem through my GS serial port. However, it is unable to keep up at speeds greater than 1200 bps. Has anyone successfully run Kermit on Transporter, with Kermit emulating a VT102 at 2400 bps without overrun occuring? Cheers, Bud
