I can't get it to boot up anymore (it just says 'DRIVE 1 NOT READY') and its diagnostics program reports a 'REGISTER I/O ERROR'. I'm almost considering just throwing the thing away and saving up for a bigger/better drive but, if I can get this working then, what the heck. If anyone has any suggestions on what might be wrong and how I could fix it myself, that would be even better (cheaper). Also, I know I saw a question about this a while back but I don't remember anyone answering -- does anyone know of a ProDOS driver for the Davong? If not, does anyone know what the hardware calls are for the drive so that I could write my own driver (assuming I get it working, that is)?
