I would suggest a Word Processor for the AT by the name of Xywrite. When the ascii files get to the AT, (even if they were one large file) Xywrite could pull the big file up into a window and clip data into another window and then write the portion of the file to the ibm under a new filename. This pgm is a top line word processor and all that is required of you to do, to perform your moves, is a couple of function keypresses and adding a new filename.
