To convert about any Apple OS file to another Apple OS , get CHAMELEON.
This shareware program is available on GEnie, CompuServe (I think) and 
several of the major BBSs and services.  The program has a lot of nice
features I haven't seen elsewhere.  After you get the program, please
send money to the author.  This is the kind of shareware that must be
encouraged.  This program accomplishes what Universal File Converter
set out to do and failed -- and it runs under ProDOS beside.
