We I don't recall D. Beckmeyer ever offering to put his shell in the public domain, only the multitasking kernel (RTX). However, if he does make RTX public domain or cheap (15-30$ for binaries, no doc.) I suspect several people will add job control to PD shells, and DlibS will probably get fork().
