I have gotten Compress to compile, and I have pulled out decompress as a
stand alone - if what you are talking about is the 16 bit LZ compression
program that produces .x and .zx files.  The original source is available
in one of the groups and compiles (under 2.1.7 MWC) - you just have to
pick out the MSDOS ifdefs for only the files and go normal for the rest.
