Releasing bug fixes "now" only works on BBSes and other places where
support is not really an issue.  Imagine if somebody actually had to
SUPPORT nethack.  I will release bug fixes (from Engineering, not from
the company) when I am satisfied with them.  Since there is a whole list
of programs which don't work any more (some for known reasons and some
unknown) I am not satisfied.
