If your company is technology based and your location has enough people, I'd bet that they have one of those machines that squirts the liquid foam into the box. You open up a shipping carton of the appropriate size, squirt in some foam, lay in a sheet of plastic, before the foam solidifies you put in your PC; then you lay on another sheet of plastic, squirt in some more foam, scrape off the excess, and seal the box.
