Does anyone have a Shareware/Public-Domain project planner available
to them?  I have a user that is looking for a package that will:
	-Assign Resources
	-Create Critical Path

This package does not have to be elaborate as it will be used on
fairly straight-forward projects.

If you have anything like this, or know where I might find one, post
here or e-mail me.
