Sorry if I gave the impression that the bug occurrs while UNPACKING. It
happens while news is being TRANSMITTED... It appears that Microport has
interrupts turned off for far too long while inside the interrupt service
routines. The particular problem here happens on a CGA card, and it is
quite a bit worse if you use the un-flicker option, which appears to leave
interrupts disabled while scrolling during a screen refresh.
