RE: TCINST problem where color reconfig doesn't take.

There have been a lot of messages on Borland's forum on CompuServe
about TCINST problems, but I think most of them seemed to be that
the TC 1.0 TCINST.COM was not deleted when the TCINST.EXE from 
TC 1.5 was installed.  DOS will prefer the .COM over the .EXE
when you try to execute TCINST.
