I compiled MicroEmacs 3.9e using Turbo C Release 1.0.
I have one problem and one question:
1) I can't seem to use any of the system interface functions:
    Pipe-command, Shell-command, etc.  They hang up my PC.

2) Is there a way to cause ^N to only shift one line when at the bottom
    of the screen.  I find it annoying when it moves a whole screen.
