My IBM rep tells me that some RLL controllers use sector sizes other
than 512, and that this causes no end of problems with DOS 3.3. Don't be
too quick to blame the controller, but if (a) it's RLL, and (b) if you
can use standard sector sizes, you may be able to solve your own problem
at the cost of a little disk capacity.
