I really don't know is the world is looking for that type of moderation. As time goes on and experiance is aquired, things might start looking up in the world for the type of moderation going on, but at this point in time, its not at its best stages... Also, I have no real idea what software is required to run a moderation site. I have requested the information from Gene, but have gotten no response. Of course, his mailbox is probably like a circular file system so thats really no suprise. Well, if people are still interested in moderating the binaries section, and need someone, let me know, vote for it, whatever...
