We can't seem to make it work reliably. One time, I started up Telnet as the only running application and couldn't make any connections (I got "host not responding" messages). Another time, I had Telnet and CricketGraph running; when I tried to print something from Graph, I got a warning that there was not enough memory and that my job would print when I freed up memory by quitting some applications. I quit Telnet and soon afterwards the Mac crashed (screen went all shimmery, no response from mouse or keyboard), requiring hitting the reset button. I'm using a Mac-Plus, talking to various BSD machines via a Kinetics KFPS-2 running KIP. -- Roy Smith, {allegra,cmcl2,philabs}!phri!roy System Administrator, Public Health Research Institute 455 First Avenue, New York, NY 10016
