I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the answer.  Why do sampled
snd files sometimes play back at the wrong rate?  I want to pull some sounds 
out of a hypercaard stack and put them in my system file (mac II), but they
play back too fast.

I have SoundMover and SondEdit (farallon MacRecorder).
