I am interested in writing some Mac applications, and I want to hear
developer's experiences and recommendations.  I am interested in the
tools that you all have chosen, MPW, MacApp, MacExpress, LSC, etc...,
especially those tools which speed up development.
In the past, I've built Sun, event-driven applications in C, and now 
I want to do similar things with the Mac in either C or Pascal or 
whatever works best.  Any advice would be helpful.
Also, can anyone recommend a reliable, external hard disk?
