At present KanjiTalk 1.1 is shipping from APDA, as part of the Kanji Macintosh System Software. This is based on the last Macintosh Plus system software. We plan to ship in the next six months KanjiTalk 2.0 from APDA as part of the Kanji Macintosh System Software, which is based on System 4.1 and finder 5.5. It is not MultiFinder compatable. Before we can ship this package from APDA, we need an English language usage note written, and as soon as that note is ready it will ship from APDA. The issues which I have outlined above also able to HanziTalk, HangulTalk, Arabic Interface System, and Hebrew Interface System. We are working on making all of these products available from APDA, but we can't just slap a copy of a disk into a box. I hope that this message will help you understand some of the delays involved in making international system software available from APDA. -- Jordan Mattson UUCP: ucbvax!mtxinu!apple!jordan Apple Computer, Inc.
