Here's how it works:

	LSC 2.01 + net upgrade = LSC 2.11 (x... headers)
	LSC 2.01 or 2.11 + net upgrade = LSC 2.13

LightspeedC 2.15 is an identical *compiler* to 2.13. However, the libraries 
were revised, and the version number was changed to confuse the innocent. :-)

You can probably use the 2.15 libraries with the 2.01 or 2.11 version, but you 
really should have the newer version of the compiler too - it is compatible 
with MultiFinder, among other things.
