I've seen Hyper Dialer, which is probably exactly what you're looking for. It is a samll box that sends the touch-tone beeps to the phone, and it is made to interface with HyperCard. I haven't actually used the product, I've only seen it for sale for about $25 here in Ithaca. A poor man's solution is to 1) Get the dialtone, 2) Hold your phone's receiver up to the Mac's speaker, 3) Tell HyperCard to dial the number. This works at times, and it's free.
