Scott,

Presumably, when a host on the ethernet sends a packet destined for
oddnet to the P4200, the P4200 should send a Redirect back to the
host, specifying the oddgw.  If the P4200 does not send such a Redirect,
it does not follow RFC1009, and that should indeed be a bug.
