	Scott, I don't know what people out at Proteon think of this issue,
but my personal comment is that if you want RIP to operate this way you need
to bring this up with Chuck Hedrick and get him to put it in the RIP RFC.
I don't have any definite conclusion as to whether this behviour will
negate what split horizon was put in to do; I do agree there is a problem,
though.
