A friend needs a Usenet feed in San Pedro, CA.  She has an AT clone
running MicroPort System V/AT and a 1200 baud dial-up modem, and is
willing to purchase a 2400 baud modem if needed.  She wants about half
of the newsgroups, including comp.all.  We are looking for a feed that
is local to the (213) 833 telephone exchange.  Thanks in advance for
any help you can give us.

P.S. - I hope these weren't inappropriate newsgroups for this posting!
