                Manager, Distributed Systems Development

   The cantidate will have experience in development managment,
expecially strong experience Unix/Xenix C and project managment/control.

   The location is London, Ontario, with a company currently running
an IBM 4381 under VM, various PCs under Xenix, and some more PCs
