I have been asked to formulate a plan to automate a telemarketing
operation.  This is supposed to include everything from office
procedures and lead/salesman assignment to culling the electronic world
for leads and data sources.  I would be interested in any
advice/suggestions/warnings that the net could provide.  In particular,
does anyone know of a directory (national or regional) of public/private
on-line databases ?
