Black and Decker makes an autodialer now that hooks into their home security system. I've seen them at several hardware stores. The dialer is inexpensive (<$99), but doesn't do too much. I think that it calls a special response center (that you subscribe to for about $25/month) and sends the computer there some pertinent info. That's what I gleaned from a quick look at the box. Perhaps it can do more.
